Philadelphia

From Philadelphia with love ❤ City of Brotherly Love!
When you visit a city rich with culture, history and symbolism as Philly it's impossible to see everything in one day. The city is not that big so we did manage to see a lot. The famous Benjamin Franklin Bridge, the iconic Love Sign right across the city hall and the famous Rocky Steps! What should have been a nice view from the steps to the city, was ruined by some construction to build a stage 😤 Just our luck! Still it was nice to meet Sylvester Stallone 😎
Christ Church Burial Ground, Benjamin Franklin's final resting place was already closed so we could only see it from outside but we did manage to get into the Liberty Bell Center without a long queue. You can't visit Philly without seeing the iconic symbol of American independence. 'Proclaim Liberty Throughout All the Land Unto All the Inhabitants thereof'.
We had a quick look at the Independence Hall and walked past the Museum of the American revolution to the I-95 Park to see the Irish Memorial and the Monument to Scottish Immigrants.
Of course there's a lot more to see in Philadelphia but that's for another time!
