Today we were up some for dolphin feeding so we had booked a day trip to the Tangalooma resort at Moreton Island! Each evening at sunset some wild bottlenose dolphins visit the shores so you have the opportunity to enter the feeding program. The island itself is crazy hard to get around without a 4x4 and there is no public transport so we had a very relaxing day, walking on the beach and having a swim. In the evening we did a nice little sunset cruise to the tangalooma wrecks and then got back in time for the dolphin feeding. What an amazing experience to watch the dolphins come to the shores and feed them a fish. Unfortunately it's over very quickly.
Looking forward to have more interactions with these amazing animals in the future and I will definitely be back for a tour on the island.
